World Youth Day 2005, August – Cologne

Paul took us to Rome and the Eucharistic Miracles in Lanciano and Orvieto, Italy prior to WYD and to the Miraculous Medal Chapel in Paris afterward. His price was $800 lower than the next best bid I received from 3 other Catholic Travel companies. It was a great pilgrimage for 68 kids.

World Youth Day 2011, August – Madrid

Visited four incorrupt Saints tombs, Lourdes and Fatima. Paul’s price was $600 less than the next best bid I received and his tour included 5 additional nights (Paris-3, Macon and Nimes).

Michael – Youth Minister, Mercer Island, WA

I was able to assist at Masses at the Miraculous Medal Chapel in Paris, Paray-le-Monial, Ars, Lourdes in France and Zaragoza, Spain. It was a special pilgrimage.

Blessed Carlo tour April/May 2025

Best pilgrimage trip I have ever taken! Even though we didn’t get to see Blessed Carlo’s canonization (postponed due to Pope Francis death), we did get to pay respects to Pope Francis Lying-in-State one evening and then 2 days later attended his funeral. Paul gave us extra time for prayer and enough time at the church gift shops, unlike many other pilgrimage trips I have taken with other companies.

Private van tour to Italy 2003, May

I went on a tour to Italy with Paul in 2003.  The price was very reasonable, and we traveled in a nine-passenger van for two weeks, stopping at many important cities. We started the trip in Rome and visited many churches and sites, including St. Mary of the Angels & the Martyrs Basilica, the Vatican Museum, St. Peter’s Square & Basilica and the other three major Basilicas in Rome, the Holy Steps, St. Sebastian Church at the Catacombs, the Colosseum and Roman Forum, Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps, and the list goes on. Then Paul drove us on a day trip to the house and tower where St. Thomas Aquinas resided and to the Abbey of Montecassino where St. Benedict and St. Scholastica are buried. After Rome, we proceeded to Lanciano with the 8th century Eucharistic miracle, Loreto to see the Holy House of Our Lady, the peaceful town of Assisi, Siena, San Gimignano, Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Milan, Padova and Venice.

Some highlights of the trip were going to a priestly ordination Mass with Pope St. John Paul II presiding inside St Peter’s Basilica, being welcomed by a cute Saint Bernard dog who was waiting for us at the entrance of the Abbey of Montecassino behind a metal gate, and seeing the Colosseum lit up with pink and purple lights as they were testing the lighting for an upcoming Paul McCartney concert.

So, if you have never been to Italy and want to visit a lot of Catholic famous places, I recommend a trip with Parietti Tours to you! The price is reasonable, the tour guide is knowledgeable, and you won’t be disappointed.     U.G. – Shoreline, WA
